Our government finds possible solutions for these problems. They provide thousands of job employments for those people who were terminated from their previous work. However, these are not enough because every year, millions of students are graduating from college and not all of them are lucky to have a work.

Even the different employers are very meticulous on hiring employees and these leads to high rate in job search competition. Hiring an employment is like throwing a bunch of darts and hoping one sticks-in the target.

Nevertheless, the fundamental question remains. What makes one applicant win the job search competition? Of course, we can expect that employer will hire well-qualified applicants. Applicants who are effective, if we say effective, we mean productive and efficient.

Looking for a job is one of the most challenging things to do in our life. From preparing our resume, answering nerve-wracking examinations and interviews on job searching is really a painstaking experience. Therefore, to help you to win a job competition, we prepared some tips for you:

1. Make sure that whatever you wrote in your resume is true.

2. Prepare an application letter that is short, simple and sensible because employers have minimal time to read your application letter.

3. Go to the venue of the interview before the given time.
